The Beginning

It started in IT. Networks, infrastructure, help desk operations. I learned how systems work, how they break, and what it takes to keep complex operations running. That discipline, the precision, the accountability, shaped everything that followed.

The Wellness Path

In parallel, something else was already underway. At 21, my grandmother took me to my first yoga class. That class planted something that never left. She had spent decades immersed in health and wellness, traveling to India to study meditation and yoga. Watching her dedication shaped everything that followed.

Over the next two decades, health and wellness became my personal infrastructure. Functional medicine, Kundalini yoga, integrative health practices, breathwork, NLP, and CBT. I didn't study this world from the outside. I lived in it, was certified in it, and built my daily life around it.

The Pivot

Then came Orangetheory Fitness, working inside the headquarters using Mindbody. Not as a member. As a systems operator. I saw firsthand how a major wellness brand runs its financial operations, how its technology stack connects, and where the gaps live when no one is watching.

That experience, combined with years of SaaS operations, digital systems management, and hands-on financial infrastructure work across multiple industries, made one thing clear: health and wellness practices have a level of operational complexity that most financial firms aren't built to handle.

The Pattern

The pattern was always the same. Brilliant owners generating real revenue, operating financially blind. Not because they weren't smart because no one serving them actually knew their world. Woodbridge was built to solve that. Permanently.
