When Woodbridge Consulting performs technology systems audits, software configuration, platform integrations, QuickBooks setup, or any work that involves accessing, modifying, or restructuring your existing systems or data environments, the following terms apply in addition to any signed client agreement:
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all relevant systems, data, accounts, and platforms are properly backed up before any technology or systems work begins. Woodbridge Consulting won't be held liable for data loss, system disruption, access issues, or unintended changes that occur during or after systems work when the client hasn't confirmed in writing that a current backup exists.
If a backup doesn't exist at the time work is scheduled and the client requests that Woodbridge Consulting perform or arrange a backup prior to beginning, this will be treated as an additional service billed at a rate separate from the existing retainer or project scope. The cost will be confirmed in writing and approved by the client before any backup work begins.
Woodbridge Consulting performs systems work based on the access and permissions provided by the client. We're not responsible for issues arising from incomplete access, expired credentials, unauthorized third party restrictions, or platform changes made by the client or third parties during an active engagement.
We're not responsible for the business decisions, operational outcomes, or financial results that arise from a client's choice to act on or disregard our findings and recommendations.
Website audit and rebuild services are standalone paid engagements separate from any monthly retainer. Woodbridge Consulting isn't a licensed web development firm and doesn't guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic outcomes, or booking conversion rates as a result of audit findings or rebuild work. Our audit and rebuild services are focused on identifying and addressing revenue and conversion gaps based on our assessment of your site at the time of review.
Any rebuild work involves subjective creative and strategic decisions. Final approval of all deliverables rests with the client. Woodbridge Consulting isn't responsible for client-requested changes made after project completion.
